Sharon Jackson brings to Scherer Schneider Paulick over thirty years of human resources management and management consulting experience including sixteen years of comprehensive career transition and career management coaching experience. Over a twelve year period Sharon successfully managed the Racine office for one of the world’s largest career management consulting organizations. During this time she built and sustained a strong customer base by providing exceptional service and focused and personal client support. Sharon evolved a solid market presence and credibility, while developing a well earned reputation for quality and responsiveness from both her corporate and individual clients. She is known for her ability to create and implement service delivery best practices and high quality and innovative solutions for her clients’ transition needs. Earlier in her career Sharon held increasingly responsible human resources management positions within the health care and financial services industries, including over ten years at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and culminating as Vice President, Human Resources at St. Catherine’s Hospital in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Sharon, a graduate of the Metropolitan College of Business in Milwaukee, currently resides in Caledonia, Wisconsin.
