Sandy
Davies 
Sandy has more than twenty years of experience
spanning information technology, human resource consulting and
outplacement. A skilled project and account manager, Sandy is
highly regarded for her innovative program designs,
responsiveness to client needs and ability to ensure the
delivery of customized, quality results that meet the unique
needs of each engagement.
During her 10 years with The Derson Group, she
served as the principal contact for many of the firm’s major
accounts, including telecom/technology, financial and non-profit
organizations. Sandy provides career coaching for transition
clients from a variety of industries and is based in the Chicago
office.
Early in her career, Sandy spent 9 years with
Continental Bank (now Bank of America), where she was involved
in several large projects encompassing technological and
organizational change. Prior to joining Continental, Sandy was
the Marketing Director for River Forest Bank (now Corus Bank),
where she developed and administered employee training and
quality control programs. Sandy holds a B.A. in Psychology and
Business Administration and an M.B.A. in Management Information
Systems from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. |
