Pam O'Donnell 
Pam brings to SSP more than 20 years of diverse
experience encompassing banking, health care, financial management
and counseling. Through all positions she has focused on
providing empathetic, active communication, training and life
counseling skills.
In Omaha, Pam worked for a national outplacement
firm as a Professional Services Consultant. In this capacity
she coached all levels of employees, from unskilled laborers to
corporate executives on how to focus their job search and deal
with this difficult transition in their lives.
Pam also was the local Director for Consumer
Credit Counseling, Inc., a national non-profit agency committed to
training and educating people in money management in Kansas.
She was responsible for all marketing, fundraising, training,
public relations and community education. She was a regular
guest on KVOE's Talk of the Town, a radio call-in show. Pam
was requested regularly to speak to high school students, college
orientation, and parent weekend. She designed an innovative
program and taught at the ESL (English Second Language) Center.
This program dealt directly and with clear illustrations on issues
such as health care, insurance, and debt management. Pam was
a member of the United Way Citizen's Review Panel. As a
result of these efforts, community support was increased financial
100% and client base achieved a 30% increase. This agency is
on-going in the community.
While in Cincinnati she worked at Children's
Hospital Medical Center in the Adolescent Clinic. At the
time, this clinic was the second largest nationally program
specializing in the treatment of the very special needs of this
segment of our society. In this position, she was in charge
of reporting procedures for educational and social work
evaluations on all patients. Pam was also responsible for
planning national conferences for the Department of Education and
many local events for the Adolescent Clinic.
Prior to working at Children's Hospital, Pam
worked at the Central Trust Bank, N.A. in the management retail
banking program and also in the Trust Division. Her duties
in banking ranged from handling the closely held companies, oil
and gas investments to managing a branch office. She was in
charge of managing her staff, internal trainings, customer service
and financial services sales.
Pam received her BA degree from The University of
Cincinnati. Various graduate business courses and numerous banking
diplomas. |
