Lyndy Nierman

Lyndy Nierman is a Senior Consultant at Scherer Schneider Paulick (SSP). She
is very involved in the practice area, which focuses on Executive
Coaching, Career Development and Leadership Services. She
also has executive experience in Career Transition and Human
Resource Consulting.
She is a results oriented, accomplished business
and human resource executive with over 20 years of strategic and
hands on management and consulting experience. Prior to joining
SSP, Lyndy was a partner at a national accounting and consulting
firm. She was instrumental in starting and growing its Human Resource
Consulting Practice. She accomplished this by merging her own
consulting practice into the firm. She also was a Vice President,
Regional Manager for a national consulting firm that was based
in Boston.
During her career, she has worked with clients of
all sizes and various industries throughout the United States,
including high tech, manufacturing, retail, service, real estate,
non-profit and utilities.
The subject of numerous articles and media interviews
on such subjects as career and performance development, recruitment,
job placement and mentoring, she is a recognized authority in
the field of effective human resources. She has been quoted in
the Chicago Tribune, US News & World Report, Wall Street Journal,
among others. She is a frequent keynote speaker for many associations
and company meetings.
Lyndy has held top leadership roles with The Society
of Human Resource Management (SHRM), including Vice President
and National Board Member for the Society, Illinois State Council
Director and President of The Society of Human Resource Professionals.
Currently, she is a Board Member of the Employment Management Association
in Chicago, Director of The Human Resource Executives Exchange
and a Board Member for The House of Good Shepherd, a support shelter
for abused women. She is actively involved in many other associations
and executive forums.
