John has over 30 years of corporate and consulting experience
developing strategies and processes to achieve organization goals and
individual success.
His 8 years of career management experience includes serving
as Managing Principal for the Chicago
region for an international career management consulting firm (formerly
Janotta-Bray). He also was the firm wide HR practice leader for RSM
McGladrey & Pullen, and was a consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick.
His corporate experience includes management positions with
Continental Bank, Director HR at Rush
Medical Center,
VP HR at Northwestern Memorial Hospital
and VP HR at Loyola
University Medical
Center. He has also
served on the Board of two healthcare service organizations.
With this extensive experience in a broad range of leadership
positions, John is highly skilled at executive career assessment, executive
coaching and 360 assessment and development planning, leading medical
center restructuring, and designing outplacement and career transition
programs. He is also experienced in organization and HR strategic planning
and recruiting,
John has a Masters in HR and Bachelor in Psychology from Loyola University. He has done post
graduate work at Northwestern and has served on the Graduate School
faculty at DePaul for 10 years.
