"There is nothing more
personally rewarding than to have a meaningful effect on someones
life. Having that unique opportunity
to make a difference also carries with it a heavy degree of personal
responsibility and commitment which is both challenging and stimulating.
Maximizing success with each client
requires orchestrating a wide range of personal skills and experiences
that must be applied in the right dosages to best connect with,
help and support that person. Objectivity,
sensitivity, problem solving analysis, knowledge of the marketplace,
humor, assessment, empathy, written and verbal skills and time
management must be relentlessly integrated with a high degree
of passion and "heart" to succeed. Our
work is more art than science so we will never be perfect but
we are sure trying."
