Dick Augspurgeremail me

Dr. Richard “Dick” Augspurger is a business and organizational coach.   He has coached over 3,500 executives from Global Fortune 1000 firms in the previous 25 years. In addition, he has managed two different professional services firms with annual revenue in excess of $ 2.5 MM. He is comfortable working with “C-Suite” as well as other executives within organizations.   

Dick has helped numerous senior executives improve performance and exceed professional goals. He is quite skilled at executive assessment, as well as leadership development consultation. He has assisted senior executives in acquiring companies, initiating consulting firms, developing entirely new career paths, as well as pursuing corporate leadership roles.  

Dr. Augspurger has provided consultation to both organizations and individual executives. His experience with organizational consultation has focused primarily upon organizational alignment with corporate goals and the executive team along with leadership development initiatives.  His industry specialization includes: the Big 4, financial services, insurance, technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, communications, real estate development, printing, construction, e-commerce, just to name a few.  

Dick has completed five intensive post-doctoral certifications in Executive Coaching, Organizational Assessment & Design, Coaching High Performance Teams, Change Management and Faculty Development.  Dr. Augspurger earned his Ph. D. from Northwestern University and his B. Sc. from The Ohio State University. He was formerly an All American Lacrosse player. He is the father of two sons and resides in Chicago.
